Appalling service. If I could give 0 stars, I would not hesitate. I had gel polish on both my fingernails and toe nails. Within 2 hours of having it done, the polish started peeling and was still wet. At this time, the store had closed and not being local, I was unable to go back to have the issue fixed. I attempted calling the number listed multiple times and sent photos of my damaged nails. The nail technicians refused to honour my request for a refund and were unwilling to fix the issues. Paid almost $150 dollars all for the nails to chip and the polish to come off completely in a couple days leaving bare acrylics

I went in at 7:30, late night trade, for a gel manicure asking if they had time. They had said yes and to come in. The whole service was rushed, rough and poorly communicated. I picked a cat eye colour and they said an additional $20 but it wouldn’t look exactly like the sample. Picked a different colour, it was dried out. Asked for multicoloured, said yes and after I picked 5 colours they then said they couldn’t do it as they close at 8.
