I’ll never EVERRRRRRRRRRR go back! I’ve never left a nail salon as disgusted as I am now. Either hire more people or SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN!!!!!!!!!!
Went for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Mentioned more than once it was a regular pedicure. They put gel polish on toes. Was in there for an hour and a half after to get nails. Got home wearing the flip flops. Took off as it should’ve been dry and when polish got all over rug I realized what happened. Called and asked for refund of service (told them they could keep tip). Manager said the would only refund $15 of $35. Wanted me to come back in to fix, but I had to repaint myself and can’t get back in. Manager told me I w... read more
Lena and the entire staff is amazing! I can’t say enough wonderful things! It’s so relaxing! I enjoy myself every time I get a pedicure! Customer service means everything and they blow it outta the water every time!
