I just received a manicure and pedicure from this place, everyone was nice. However, they double swiped my card and charged me over 105.00. I have called them about 10 times. They keep telling me that I am lying and refuse to give me my money or call me back at this point. I tried to show them my bank statement and she didn't care to even look at it. They just keep saying "we did not double charge you" I will never go here again. They handle business terribly.
I previously gave this establishment a bad review because of an inappropriate conversation my granddaughter reported having with a male employee that made her uncomfortable. I have since had an opportunity to speak with the owner and found him to be most grateful that I spoke to him regarding the situation. The owner put my concerns to rest. The salon does very good manicures and their prices are reasonable.
