I will never go to this nail salon again... All of the employes seemed very cold, and rude. The environment was very unorganized. The women who did my nails had to reach across her coworkers work space to get A file, and polish. Very unprofessional.

I go here frequently. I have the best techs in the salon. If you want your feet done right see Joanne and for your fingernails see Neena or Han. The rest I have tried and they are sloppy or so slow you will be there for hours. I have had one bad experience with the front blonde clerk giving away my appointment while I was right there waiting. Worst nail salon I have ever gone to! They do not speak much English, did a very substandard job on painting my nails, and the nail fans/uv lights do not work well at drying and setting your nail polish. My nails didn't look great by the time I sat down at the nail fan, but then I had to run it through 2 cycles (supposed to finish drying in 1 cycle) and by the time I sat in my car, most of my nails were smudged. BIG disappointment!!! Don't waste your money and don't be fooled by the nice look of the salon!!!

I have been going to this salon since it opened. In the earlier days, it was amazing! Clean and professional every time. Each time I go now, I wonder if it will be my last visit. The price is right but only if you want nothing special because they will not understand your concerns. I once had a male tech make a final coat with nail remover. That manicure did not last long! Notably good service experience The is the best nail salon that has opened in Livingston County. They do superior work and the price is just as comparable as the other salons in the areas. They are friendly and caring.
