Terrible experience. Had given someone a gift certificate for a Christmas gift and unfortunately due to health reasons she could not use it. She did not realize it was expiring and I tried to use it 2 weeks after the expiration date. Even after explaining the circumstances they would not honor it. I will never go to this salon again or recommend it
I asked for a clean up, and specifically said I wanted to keep my eyebrows THICK, they are now paper thin. The girl apologized but still demanded a tip from from me. I encourage you to save your self and not go there for anything.
