Fran is an exceptional nail tech. She is a perfectionist in a good way, pays attention to detail and is extremely talented at nail art. I always leave in love with my nails and the BIAB lasts me over 4 weeks which NEVER happens if I go elsewhere. Fran is honest and friendly and not afraid to try any idea you may have. I will never go anywhere else again. I highly recommend!
