I’ve been coming to this establishment for years now. Every time they ALWAYS charge me something different (whatever no big deal) yesterday I walked in for a gel pedicure. I get the same thing every time a white set. Tell me why Kathy charged me $50 for an ALL WHITE gel pedicure and I have an annoying air bubble in the gel on one of my toes. I had a great experience here getting a pedicure
busy salon. had a bit of a miscommunication - i told my friend to book me for a gel manicure and pedicure, they booked me for a full set of acrylics. it’s on me for not clarifying until the nail tech clipped my natural nails down and pulled out the plastic tips… the tech felt bad about cutting my natural nails down so short. when she asked the owner / boss about my appointment, he was very curt with her and said i had been booked for a full set. just seemed really rude for no reason. regardless, i didn’t want it and wasn’t g... read more
