Incredibly disappointed. I went for a basic mani/pedi- no acrylic gel manicure. I left with uneven color, gel polish flooding into nail bed, and lumpy gel polish. The pedicure was awful. Not going to lie, it’d been some time since I got a pedicure but I don’t wear sandals and my feet weren’t too bad. Anyway, she didn’t put any cuticle oil on my toes or lotion on my feet. Left my pedi service 5 times to finish someone else so sad and disappointed about this
Really excessively dirty, like they use the same nails files on different clients and don’t properly barbicide the foot bowls in between clients. It would probably be a shame if someone reported them to the state board. Go if you want fungus and a really mild amount of effort put into your nails.
As others have shared, the owner, Long, at the front is rude and curt. I have been a few times and while it’s never the cleanest or best experience it typically has been fine-although it is a very loud and not very relaxing place. Today I made an appointment for two people for fills with Nina. Long misheard me and when we came in continued to yell and berate me in front of the entire place.
