Bled both times I went. First time I specifically told the tech not to dig out an "ingrown" toenail; she did anyway & it bled, and it hurt, and was inflamed & painful for a few days. It's just how my nail is, it isn't visibly noticable, so I'm not sure why she thought she should dig an ingrown toenail out.
