Bled both times I went. First time I specifically told the tech not to dig out an "ingrown" toenail; she did anyway & it bled, and it hurt, and was inflamed & painful for a few days. It's just how my nail is, it isn't visibly noticable, so I'm not sure why she thought she should dig an ingrown toenail out. Nail tech who did an acrylic set put nails on crooked, powder wasn't even. 2nd visit; fill in; the drill scrubber thing actually went into nail bed, took nearly all of the keratin off, and cut my cuticle. These ladies have the best customer service experience in Central Florida! Every time you will have a great and enjoyable experience with them!! Sitha is the sweetheart.
It's a nail salon but be careful.
