I went and got a pedicure yesterday, despite the ladies being really sweet. She put a boiling hot towel on my feet leaving them incredibly sore and red. I was visibly in pain and she didn’t say sorry or acknowledge at all. Also when she was scrubbing my feet, she went so hard I now have cuts along the side of my feet. Very unfortunate as they were very sweet, but found them quite carless :(
I went in to get a very nice rainbow design done. The only reason I chose Nail Palace is because my usual salon was booked out and i needed my nails done within the hour. Spent $100 on a design that was streaky and had gaps all over the place. 1 week later and the acrylics are soft and peeling, eventually I just take them off myself only to find mold under them. I've been to many nail salons in my life and the quality and range of nail services offered at Nail Palace Camberwell remains unbeatable. I couldn't recommend a better nail place in the area!!! The ladies here are very talented and always perform their best work with precision and care. My nails never fail to look perfect, and I always leave feeling extremely satisfied with my experience. I was in and out for a set of acrylics within 30 minutes, unheard of in the nail game typically. The absolute speed and precision was unmatched 10/10!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt compelled after my outstanding experience today at Nail Palace. I haven’t been here in a while, but I was reminded today why this is my go to salon. Whenever I come here I always walk out loving my nails, the quality of their work is amazing and my nails genuinely last for over a month if not more.
