I had my first visit here and will not go back. After I took a seat in the lobby area, I overheard a woman who had returned describing a problem with her nails and asking if they could redo them. They took her back somewhat reluctantly. She had a little girl with her (about 3 years old). A man who works there asked another woman ( may the grandmother of the little girl) if she was the girls mother, as she was still seated in the lobby area.
