I wish I could give 0 stars. The 1 star is solely for the building and chairs they are beautiful and comfortable. Everything about our experience was awful. I have cuts and scrapes on my fingers, toes, and legs(from the roughness with the exfoliator). I have a dip nails and a deluxe pedicure. My feet are awful because of a disease I have my skin doesn’t shed and I don’t have the strength to remove the calluses myself. He did do a good job removing those but it was extremely painful. So, I went here July 27th to have nails done for my daughter her nails started lifting after 6 days and we went the next morning to have them fixed free of charge and after a few days one of her nails popped off and today another one popped off when she was just scratching her leg and it came off. Needless to say, stop rushing to get the nails done and do good on making sure they’re done right and efficiently because we pay toooo much for them to be pooping off.
Went here last week and thought it was great. The massages that came with the mani and pedi were excellent. The 2 girls who worked on me were very pleasant. I thought the price I paid and the service I received was pretty amazing.
