This lady has no professionalism dealing with customer, she is extremely rude & unkind . I have been to so many nail places , worse behaviour I have ever seen in any business . I would not recommend this place. Only one nail technician working here and she is the most rude and least welcoming person. They use to be cheaper than anywhere else but now this greedy new owner has increased prices. She is now more expensive than big shopping centres and fancy nail salons. Her shop is run down and old. Her prices always changing. She told me one thing over the phone and another when I was at her store. So glad I checked the price before we started sns. By far one of the best nail sets I’ve had done in Melbourne! Not only are my nails beautiful but she was so quick and lovely to talk to. Can’t recommend enough 😊
