I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. Everyone was friendly and professional, which really made a difference. I got a pedicure and absolutely loved it, the attention to detail, the massage, and how clean everything was really stood out. My toes came out perfect and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Definitely coming back again!
Somewhat understaffed. Employees not in any rush. Waited 30+ mins past appt time and not one member of staff greeted me or appeared concerned. One walked right past and all had their backs turned. It seems another person was being seen perhaps without an appt and in my reserved slot and that ended up taking much longer or they double booked. Also be wary of constant small upcharges.
Dianna is a true artist! I came in with a specific look in mind and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended). The attention to detail, the precision, and the overall vibe of the appointment were all 10/10. I’ve been getting nonstop compliments on my nails, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Highly recommend booking with her—she really listens and delivers exactly what you ask for!

I live in the area and was considering trying this place, but after reading the Google reviews, I’ve decided against it. For the prices they charge, the owner should seriously address the recurring complaints about staff behavior/customer service and hygiene. I’ve never been, and based on what I’ve read, I don’t plan to go.
