Not sure what I ever did to the girl who answers the phone for her to be so hateful. The girl is full of hate.. This will be my first and last complaint about this place. I’ve always been kind and respectful every time I call and every time I go here, but today I’m finally done. It takes a lot for me to leave a review like. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've never posted a bad review but I could not let this slide with my daughter crying from disappointment. I called yesterday and made an appointment for today at 3-315 for myself to have my gel redone and my daughter to have her nails painted as well. We got there about 2:50 and I told them we had an appointment at 3. She said someone would be with us. 3:13 came along and an associate walked in and started setting up her area.
