Rarely can get service here. I get it people make appointments but everytime I visit to get a service I get turned away. The salon was recommended to me but I wont be returning. There was only 1 client present but still I was turned away. Seems they have base clientele that they serve and everyone else is serviced or not serviced based on that. Amazing experience! The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They answered all my questions and provided excellent care. I truly appreciated their compassion and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service
First time at this salon. The customer service was top tier! It took me a few days to get in because they do not overbook or have clients waiting for services to begin. My pedicure and full set were not rushed! They paid attention to the smallest details and delivered exactly what I asked for. Happy to finally find a salon that I can receive services on a consistent basis
Henry and Tracy are some of the hardest working people I’ve met! They remember all their customers, always offer an drink, and do beautiful work for each one even when things are busy. Call and make an appointment and be patient with them and you’ll get the best service!
I love Henry!! He is the absolute best in Rome by far. One of the sweetest people, too! His designs are always spot on and I’m never nervous to get any design because he does it all.
