I went in for a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the pedicure, my foot was injured and it started bleeding. No immediate care or concern was offered — I had to ask for a bandage myself, and not once did I receive an apology. The lack of basic customer service and empathy left me feeling very hurt and dissatisfied.
