Literally the best manicure I've ever had. Let me be clear, the nail tech said maybe 2 words to me and silently worked on my nails and I was perfectly fine with it. He was meticulous and didn't act like another nail tech, he was an artist who creates nails. He recreated exactly what I wanted and it was less expensive at other salons that did worse or couldn't recreate basic designs. If you have a problem with "customer service" go to a worse salon, if you want art on the tip of your fingers, go here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect to be treated with basic respect. From the moment I walked in, the owner was in a terrible mood and extremely rude… not a welcoming experience, especially as a first-time customer. Kevin was also unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to see the nail color options, he refused to show them and told me I had to name a color instead, even making faces like he didn’t understand me. Would not recommend. I typically go see someone at a different nail salon in Rochester that I LOVE, but he was booked so I came here in need of a dip polish change. The nail tech had me place my hands on a towel the whole time that was obviously used throughout the day before my appointment (it was covered in nail clippings), which is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Then, she cut the skin on 4 of my nails with the nail drill and they all started bleeding, and she proceeded to continue as blood was all over my nail. I u... read more

Lana always does the best job on my nails! Everyone there is great to work with. I often go in not really knowing what color or design I want, and she always helps make sure my nails look and feel great! 10/10 recommend! Photos are of the first time Lana did my nails and the most recent is for maternity photos. We don’t know if it’s a boy or girl, so she helped pick out a fun pink/blue ombre! You can see how much longer and healthier my nails are since going regularly to her☺️
