First time client and I have very long beautiful nails that I’ve worked on for quite some time. I wanted to try a place closer to home and where they have just opened another location I thought it would be a great experience. I was scheduled for a dip manicure and I broke 1 nail so I told them I’ll need a tip for the broken one. The woman proceed to cut all my nails down, unevenly, to the SKIN. I used to love coming here but recently since Kim moved to the new salon, they have been slacking. My nails don’t last and don’t come out like I hope. Even when they don’t do designs. My appointments are always rushed. Id love to keep coming here but it’s so expensive to not end up loving my nails.
