Honestly, this place is overrated. If you aren’t going here to get a full set of acrylic, they want to seem to rush you out. I was skipped over several times to the point where she came to ask my name and I had to point to it. The water was freezing for my pedicure. The technician seemed so put off that I didn’t want all the up charges and gel. She rushed through the whole process. Initially, I was pleased with the shape of my nails. However, between Monday the 7th and Wednesday the 9th, a nail popped off. I contacted the salon immediately, explaining that I wasn't available until Monday to have them repaired. Upon my visit, the technician glued the nail, but when I inquired about additional acrylic, she declined. The owner, Lily, then intervened, but her approach was unfortunately rough and inconsiderate. Consequently, I will not be returning.
Been going for many years and never had an issue......I absolutely loved the fact went in today 030625 and was beyond ecstatic about my new nails love love coming here
Not sure what the name of the professional who did my pedicure today, but she was fantastic!!!! WOW! The best pedicure I’ve had!! I wish I knew your name!! I’d like to request you!!!!
