Disappointed by the poor customer service. Got a design done on my nails that did not dry correctly causing it to peel off. Went back asking them to start over or refund the service and they said no. The salon put more gel on top of the not dry nails, which just causes it to peel off again.
I’m really disappointed with this nail salon. The prices seem to change every single visit, and it’s never in my favor. This time they completely messed up my pedicure — cut my toenails in two different shapes on my feet! I asked for them to fix it and they kindly refused, sloppy work — and still charged me full price after acknowledging the mistake. It’s incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be visiting this salon again.
Since moving this way I’ve been looking for a nail salon. I went to a different nail salon at first, I got acrylic and they ended up being very thick and the shape was not what I had asked for but she said my nail bed was to small to do what I wanted. I came here and they fixed my nails, made them the shape I wanted and less thick. Today I came back to get them filled and I absolutely love them. They’re very gentle. Andy did a great job! So happy with my full set. He did them relatively quick too!!
