The place is clean and comfy, I felt like I was able to relax right away. Some places have really strong smells but this one didn’t. I got a mani and pedi and felt so taken care of. I’d been wanting a pedicure for a while, and I happened to discover Nail Labo Salon while walking around the mall. I walked in to ask if they had availability, and they were able to accommodate me at 5 PM. They kindly asked me to come back at 4:45 PM, which worked perfectly. I really love the service at this nail salon in richmond! From booking to the finished nails, everything was smooth and thoughtful. The nail technician was patient and helped me choose the best nail design for my nail shape and skin tone. The technician is incredibly skilled! The nail structure and shape are perfect.
