The place is clean and comfy, I felt like I was able to relax right away. Some places have really strong smells but this one didn’t. I got a mani and pedi and felt so taken care of. I really love the service at this nail salon in richmond! From booking to the finished nails, everything was smooth and thoughtful. The nail technician was patient and helped me choose the best nail design for my nail shape and skin tone. The technician is incredibly skilled! The nail structure and shape are perfect. The vibe here is calm — no over-the-top decor, just a clean space and kind people who know what they’re doing. My nail artist was super detail-oriented (bless her patience with my indecisiveness 🙈) and helped me settle on a design that felt very “me” without being too extra. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, zone out, and walk out feeling just a little more put together. Already thinking about what to try next.
