Zero stars I literally had to put at least one star to post this, but they don’t even deserve that. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at Nailed It in Spring Valley. I left the salon extremely upset due to the poor quality of my nail set. The design I received was not what I requested, and instead of informing me that the design could not be done, the technician proceeded anyway.
