Zero stars I literally had to put at least one star to post this, but they don’t even deserve that. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at Nailed It in Spring Valley. I left the salon extremely upset due to the poor quality of my nail set. The design I received was not what I requested, and instead of informing me that the design could not be done, the technician proceeded anyway. Cathy is my nail tech and Judy is my daughter’s nail tech and they are both really good nail ladies. I highly recommend either one of them. Also, for Pedi’s I try to go to Holly even though they all do a pretty good job. Holly is super sweet and gets my toes that have ingrown out and they don’t grow back for weeks. The purple nails are my daughters nails done by Judy and the rest are the nails for the past few months that I have gotten done by Cathy Thank you Ladies!! We are always very happy
I used to love this place until I had a bad experience. I came in to get my birthday nail set and made an appointment beforehand. The nail tech asked me if she could do someone else’s nail in the MIDDLE of my appointment because one of her clients did a WALK IN for 1 broken nail (despite me making an appointment BEFOREHAND). The lady was getting pissy and rude despite her being a WALK IN client, so she paused my service to do hers instead.
