Currently on vacation and booked an appointment for a nail removal. I believe they were unaware that I’m also Vietnamese but spoke to one another in Vietnamese when I walked in. The lady assigned to do my nail removal told the other technician that they had no idea how to do it but they’ll try. Removal was painful as she tried prying off my acrylic nails rather than using the soak off method. It took about 45 mins and I left with my nails sharp, rigged, and damaged. I’ve been going to Tammy since March and she is my absolute nail goddess!!! She never turns down any of my ideas for designs, and she always exceeds my expectations. My nails hold up so well, and more importantly, Tam is the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever been too. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
