This was, by far, the worst pedicure I've ever had. My toes were cut/burned 2 different times during cuticle trimming/polish removal, drawing blood. The actual length of my toenails wasn't trimmed at all. After trimming/filing, a sugar scrub was applied by hand for a few minutes, then rinsed my legs off and began to drain the tub without doing any type of dead skin removal. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple of years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. From day one, they’ve always been incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Every time I walk in, they recognize me, greet me warmly - that personal touch means so much.
