I've been going to Nail Garden for my pedi's for a couple years now, and I couldn't complain. Today I got acrylics put on and they are the worst full set I've ever had. I am very disappointed... She rushed the whole time and my nails are WAY too short and they have bubbles in them. I would NOT recommend The Nail Garden for full sets.
I have been coming here for 5 year however today will b the last. After i asked a question, my nail tech was saying rude things to where the whole salon started laughing, not only did this happen once during same visit but Multiple times. I have had issues with this tech being rude in the past. Its too bad that I was a returning customer for 5yrs, brought my little ones here for mani/pedi (gel) at that, i always do gel, now i do dip powder, which isnt cheap by no means!! went yesterday, was put at a table, waited almost an hour....had things to do, so started to leave, didn't complain, didn't say anything, Owner starts telling me how she was before me, she was here first etc, loudly!! lol...not the problem! I am going to be looking for somewhere else to go. Last few times, nails have had bubbles in the paint and just don't last like they used to. I’ve come here several times and I need to stop. The woman who did my pedicure was pretty rude when it came to payment. She stomped over to my chair and said “can you Pay me now?” with a mean demeanor. My pedicure took forever to dry and still ended up being really goopy and got ruined anyway.
Had powder dip done, the next day the top coat peeled off! spoke to Michelle she said come in & they will fix it. The girl was extremely rude the next day. No apologies, just said the top coat was thick. 4 days later nails peeling 2 chipped. Horrible! I've had the powder dip done several times at other salons, never was put under the light, never had peeling or chipping issues! Terrible service, Terrible products
Nails look great but disappointed with the way the lady spoke to me ! She yelled at me multiple times so disrespectful.
I have been going there for years and it’s the best!! Jenefer is phenomenal cannot recommend her enough. Only place I would consider going too!!
