I had a really disappointing experience here. I went in simply wanting to change my nail color, and instead of being helpful, the nail technician was rude and passive aggressive from the start. He charged me an extra fee for the color change, which was fine, but then tried to pressure my friends into paying the fee in cash for me. While I was picking out a new shade, he hovered over me and my friends the entire time, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. I have been going to Nail Garden for several years. Finally I leave a review to say this: it is a wonderful place, friendly happy atmosphere and … any service they provide is always top notch.
I went in for a pedicure and the lady sprayed something on my feet and left for a few minutes then came back and continued with the pedicure and then my toe nail peeled off. After that I told her I did not want to continue and she still demanded I pay 40$. My feet were still all dry and I was so upset that they still demanded I pay. I’ll never will return there
