Excellent customer service experience
I was a consistent customer for many years but unfortunately I won’t be coming back anymore. The last few times my pedicures have been so rushed and the pain job looks terrible. I could’ve done a cleaner and better job myself at home. The clear coat flooded all over the edges on my smaller toes. Other spots have no clear coat and therefore changed color. It just looks dirty and messy.
SUPER FRIENDLY and smiling technicians, detailed and thorough, perfect nails and toes EVERY TIME! Massages feel great, large color selections for regular and gel polish, powder.
Well, let's start with that the tech cut my toe open and tried to hide it. All the techs seemed unhappy and the whole vibe wasn't good. I was so excited to have my second pedicure ever but they weren't nice at all. There was some aggressive staring and laughing, the results weren't that great, and my healing wound reminds me - never go back.
