Got my nails done here for the first time last week. They are very aggressive with shaping, cuticle and prep work. They nicked me with the cuticle cutter that first time. I gave them another chance with the removal but the guy removing my existing gel was very aggressive with the drill and was constantly moving over my nail bed and hitting my skin. I got cut again on three fingers during cuticle work this time around as well. I probably won’t ever come back here again which is a shame because their art is nice.

I needed a last-minute manicure and called to see if they had availability for the evening 7 PM, which is quite late for Sydney. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me on such short notice, and I’m really grateful for that. Mae was my nail tech and she was incredibly friendly and genuine. She reworked my nails beautifully and was both quick and efficient. She paid great attention to detail, especially with my cuticles, and made sure the shape was exactly how I wanted it. Terrible skills，horrbile service. New nail artrists almost just learn nail beauty few days. Hurt my skill blooding and just said oh put on some medicine. Worst scuplture skills made the whole nail shape skewed. Wont come again，actually done nail here for nearly a year once a month. Was good before， but now is terrible.
