I had an appointment today, and one of the staff members was extremely rude to me. She raised her voice, and her English was terrible! They clearly have no intention of helping customers. I will never go there again, and I’ll make sure my friends don’t go either.
It was my first time coming here and their work was absolutely amazing. Excellent, clean service I’m truly grateful! I highly recommend them. Anny she was the best
I just went to get my nails done and the treatment I received was disappointing. The guy who helped me didn't want to do a simple acrylic extension on both of my nails. I told him I didn't want tips because they would break my nails, and my nails were already broken. He told me he could only do tips. Then he turned off his light and left, leaving me waiting for an answer. They didn't want to do the service. They left my hands unfinished. The guy is rude and didn't provide good service. I don't recommend him!
The service was awful, and they just want to get out of there.
A+++ Alex is awesome , he did a great and clean job with my nails. I have been coming here for a couple of years now 🥰
