I’m leaving this review for the new owners in the hope that they can turn this salon into a standout spot in the area—especially since there are so few quality nail salons nearby. First and foremost, please ensure your staff are properly trained in both nails and waxing. I’ve had unprofessional service in both areas. This week, I was burned during a waxing session because the technician poured hot wax directly on my skin and clearly didn’t know how to wax arms correctly.
