They have horrible customer service, communication, problem-solving, solution-based, self acknowledgement, self-awareness, and apology skills. Just completely ridiculous. Im Sure their actual nail work is great, but since they are so unbelievably condescending, self absorbed, and so damn rude; i am wholeheartedly being an asshole now.

This is my final stop after a long list of searching for the perfect place to have my nails done. Either call for an appointment or drop in. I prefer to call ahead since they are usually busy. The few people that work there are truly professional and I have NEVER had a bad nail job - truly an awesome experience.

I went here after a different nail salon messed up my nails. I only had my natural nails painted so I cant speak for their gel or fake nails. They did, however, do a fantastic job. They couldn't fix what the previous business did so they had to take the shalac off. I had black nails with white tips and wanted a spider web on each ring finger. I always go to nail gallery for my brow wax. she does the best job (much better than the fancy salons in Midland) and takes her time. My brows are always even and have a nice arch, but never too thin. she is also opening early for me to get a mani & pedi since they will be very busy during the time I originally wanted to come in.

When I walked in, one of the employees was on the cell phone, and the other tech (who was with a customer) kept talking to her about taking me - I assume, since they weren't speaking English. After a while she did, but the rest of the time I felt that they were rushing the job. I got a full set, and by the time they were done they looked out of proportion to my hands. I like that you can set an appt. They are very good about accepting walkins too, but I'm always in a hurry and hate to wait.
