Had an emergency had to leave but the sign in process was easier than the original way. The facility was clean and the staff was super friendly.
Went in to get my nails and my daughter's nails done. My daughter nails was 2 different shapes. We went back in and told them. They some what tried to fix them. We called them back and asked them to redo the full set or get a refund. They said the would have to set and soak them off first before redoing them. We don't have time. They refused a refund. They lost 3 clients today. Also I noticed there score was 75 when leaving.
