usually see Valerie, Amy or Cindy. none of them were there today. nails are all different shapes. and thick, there wasn't any corrective action even after I asked Tina to fix the shape. She tried to convince me it was my nails. I've had my nails done all my life and it hasn't ever been as bad as today. She also had a bad attitude. talked about me the whole time. The workers act like they work for free and they keep getting annoyed and the nails are very bad and I have pain in my nails as if I got fake nails. The Dollar Tree nails were better. This is the last time I come to this place.
Unacceptable Service. Being nearly nine months pregnant with twins, I went to this salon for a basic eyebrow wax. The staff informed me of a brief 10-minute wait, but I ended up waiting almost an hour. The waxing room's environment was also unbearably hot and unpleasantly presented.
I normally go to Valerie who provides 5 star work. She doesn’t provide all the bells and whistles but she’s professional. She was out for the week and I was referred to Tina for my fill in. Big mistake!!!!!!!!! Hence the one star. I’ve seen her do nails before so I thought it would be fine!!! Some of my nails are rounded and others almond shape. Horrible. I went in for an overlay and a pedicure. Pedicure was fine, however the overlay is trash. Super messy. I asked if they could clean it up and they told me all I needed to do was just wash my hands when I go home. Well I’ve washed my hands and even scrubbed and it is still messy. Unbelievable and they expect me to go back there.
