Excellent customer service with Chloe! I enjoyed the dazzle pedicure. Clean and quaint. She uses great products. I'm proud to support a black owned business.
Scheduled an appointment for 11am. Received a message that she was running 20 minutes late. Sat inside the lobby for 40 minutes and she never arrived. She didn't answer her phone and stopped responding but read the messages. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend coming to this nail salon.
