1 Star — A complete joke of a salon. Hands down the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I should’ve walked out the second I sat down. The nail tech didn’t listen to a single thing I said. I asked for almond—got square. Asked for a soft neutral color—she slapped on something that looked like dried-up clay. I corrected her multiple times and she just kept nodding like a robot and doing whatever she wanted. She was texting through most of the appointment. Would give 0 star if i can, had shellac mani and pedi. Paid 55$ for just biogel REMOVAL and its not even fully removed after 2hrs of doing it and the shape is so weird, see photos for reference. They promised for a redo and didnt even get confirmation about it, no communication so also bad customer service. Had to go to a different nail salon in fairview mall to have it fixed and guess what i didn’t pay $55 for the remaining biogel removal this time. See photos for comparison.
