My Mother had acrylic nails done today and they were excellent! The staff was extremely nice! I would recommend Nails 1st by Karen to everyone! They are every bit as good as Elegente Details!

These are probably the worst set of nails I've received in my life. Right when I sat down, I told my nail tech that I wanted coffin shaped nails which he was fine with. While cutting my nails, he continued to cut them shorter & shorter despite me telling him they needed to be longer for the coffin shape. Once done shaping, they were tiny & square .. nothing that I asked for. I voiced my concerns with him & he said that there's nothing he can do now since he "cut them too short" & now he's "unable to get them coffin shaped". ... read more
