I hesitate to leave a good review, because I get nervous about getting an appt. I recently moved from NYC to Lititz where there is lots of mani/pedi competition and choices. I have been to about 7 places in and around Lititz and could not find the quality or people I was hoping for. I have finally found it. They really seem to care about doing a good job. Love this place . Very nice place and the people are great. They are Clean place and very good at what they do.
This has been my go to nail salon for almost 4 years now! Sophie is so consistent and does an amazing job! It is best to make an appointment!
I have been trying to find a good local nail salon over the last few weeks, and unfortunately this place was not it. I gave 2 stars because the end result looked good, but I’ve never had a nail tech show such a blatant disregard for my nail health before. She drilled, filed, and scraped them more than I’ve ever experienced before, despite my polite objections. I also asked her to cut my nails shorter and she responded with “I’ll file them”.
