They didn't listen to me, all my nails are different lengths, thickness, and the shape is wonky. When I asked her to fix it, she put me off to another employee who didn't fix anything, just made them shorter and re did the polish, which wasn't the problem. She has the nerve to say happy birthday as I left.

Kim is the best ever and she did me so good! Love!!
Unfortunately I was referred here and my experience was not good at all, salon person cut toe then added cotton on with acetone, very unprofessional, left and found another place in Syracuse Nail Perfection such as better experience
I love Kim and I don't care that I can't understand a word she says. I have followed her from every salon for almost 20 years. Clean and friendly
