I got an overlay for the first time it was uneven, and I had a bad reaction so I called the salon. They told me to come in to get it off. He soaked it off and then I paid money for the overlay and he wasn’t gonna give me any money back so I had to beg him just to paint my nails so essentially I spent $40 on absolutely nothing because I had a bad reaction of something and they didn’t even care To ask me if I wanted something else

I was 6 minutes earlier and the owner had a fit.My appointment time was 10:00- I show up 9:53- what the problem.I told her I will I wait.There has been plenty of time where I was on time but he was late .Soo the owner never said anything about that..I won't go back there their nail polish is old (I was bringing my own ..

This is my third time doing a walk-in for a service, but my second time being denied (they accept walk-ins). How can I ever make an appointment when I’m not able to get never to establish a consistent nail tech. I came once before as a walk-in with no problem, luckily I never reported them before giving their customers shots and no I did not have one.
