I had my nails done by one of the guys at this place 2 weeks ago and they came out great, but this time I had gotten then dome by the other guy and they came out badly. During my appointment another client came in and he told her it would be 30 minutes for him to get to her when my nails were going to take at least 50 minutes and then he decided my base color for me and didn't do the exact design I wanted and was rushing to get me out of the chair for his next client so the design came out sloppy.
My nails were done this weekend at the Green River Road location. My toenails were done by Tomey or maybe pronounced Tammy. She was very short tempered. She seemed to get angry if you asked her a question.She worked fast the nails were not quite professionally done. I was extremely disappointed at the uncomfortable customer service and the job done.
Not enough help..45-to hour wait for pedicure on a Friday morning..I left
Always quality work, clean stations, and friendly staff. Jenni does beautiful acrylic sets and offers many creative choices. Highly recommend!
This was the best salon experience! Mery did my nails, she was so sweet and did a perfect job for my birthday set!
