I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always appreciated Jack’s service which is why my last visit was disappointing. Something about the experience just felt different and left me feeling uneasy. Ive noticed The salon is not as busy as before 👀 My last refill and color was messy and he made me nervous with the drill. I didn’t say a word because at that moment I had decided to move on a no longer be a customer! Found {Nail Yeah} in Raleigh

This review is for the lash service only which cost me $50. INDIVIDUAL EYELASHES ATE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE GLUED TO YO TOP OF YOUR NATURAL LASHES!!!! I asked for a refund because they did them wrong and they said no. How do you not return someone’s money for a service you 100% did incorrectly?!?! Not only is that bad for business but also just bad character. They offered to try to fix them but how can you fix something you obviously don’t know how to do anyway???

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time for her 5th birthday. They were so nice and did a great job with sparkly pink polish she picked out.
