I love love love this salon! I have tried many salons in my life. They are welcoming, fun, flexible, and do phenomenal work! Never can go anywhere else
This was my first and definitely last visit to this salon. When I called to make the appointment, I was told they offer dip powder. However, once I arrived, they said they would have to apply gel on top of the dip powder — which wasn’t mentioned earlier. I specifically asked for a square shape, but what I got was completely shapeless — neither square nor round. The overall look is unprofessional. The staff is unorganized. They moved my appointment by an hour without asking or telling me. I waited additional 30 mins after the new appointment time and still no service. They have no idea who made my appointment or moved it and offered no apology. They take walk ins over your appointment time and pretend they don’t know what happened.
when I went to the salon, I had high expectations from the worker is there because I heard very good things about it on the reviews, but I was very fooled. I went there with the expectations of me getting acrylic French chips and a pedicure with no chip gel on my toes. I went there and asked for it and the lady started working on me on my toes. Very overpriced and didn’t clean under my nails so now there is nail polish all under them and they came out not straight (french tips). Plus, didn’t cut my cuticles so they looked super over grown… could’ve done them better my self. DO NOT COME HERE.
