Very sloppy pedicure! Nail polish dries ugly and clumpy. No clean utensils: black and moldy nail files... service felt rushed. Not coming back sorry.. does that look like a pedicure to you? It looks like my younger sister made my nails for me.

Due to time constraints and life, I have been coming to Nail Elite in an on and off basis for a few years now. I've done both appointments and walk-in.The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, and even though I'm not a usual customer, they remember me every time. I love it! They make the holidays special and I will ask my husband for another gift certificate and try to come more often, because it's not a luxury but a necessity.
Online the pedicure price was $27 so why was a I charged $35 for a basic pedicure? You are supposed to walk out with beautiful nails that make you feel good about yourself but instead we walked out with the opposite. It was very rushed and my daughter walked out with glue and cuts, this is what my daughter asked for vs what she got 0/10 experience
