This was either my third or fourth visit to this nail salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My own services were okay—I received a builder gel refill and a gel polish change on my toes. My decision to leave this review has nothing to do with the quality of my nails. What concerned me was how another customer was treated. Before her service began, she was given the price upfront, and there seemed to be confusion about whether she was expected to pay before the service. I always go to this salon and goy my nails very good but this day was not good! the nail tech that did my nails said my design was ugly and basic and she didn’t like it, either way she did another design i did not ask for! If you want a salon that does what YOU want (because you are the client) this salon is not for you!
This place of business has gone down drastically. I missed the old techs who were always on point. At one time they had many finger nail techs that could create any design you wanted, but now they have a new one and the only one who does designs thinks she is the bread winner with a whack attitude and still lack creativity when creating designs on finger nails. Friendly staff, clean and bright and nail tech did a clean and neat job with my gel polish on natural nails. Ill go back for another visit for my next Mani Pedi
