I wasn't sure if I was going to leave a review but the longer I look at my nails, the more irritated I get. The quality of the job was so low for such a high price. The tech doing my nails was an older woman who was honestly, pretty rude. The tips of my fingers are sensitive and I've been cut a lot in the past by the large nail files salons use, so I ask for extra caution to be taken, because it hurts. typically only go here for pedicures because I had a bad experience a few years ago getting my nails done at this location. However I needed a color change and my regular girl was booked so I went in on Friday for a simple gel color change. Underneath I have Builder gel. This is the horrible condition that they filed my nails to. After 3 days it's already chipping in places. You can see how uneven the edges are and it did not look like that when I went in. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. I had a very uncomfortable and disrespectful experience. I clearly showed the technician how I wanted my nails done and was simply asking questions and making suggestions, but she became upset and refused to continue my nails. The situation escalated in front of everyone, with yelling and them speaking in a language I didn’t understand.
