Gel pedicure peeling the next day on multiple toes, went back the following day met with attitude about having to have my gel pedicure redone only for it to be chipped the following week. Will not be back
First of all do they not even offer you a menu anymore or the pedicure services or do you just always get the basic service? I am 8 months pregnant and I needed some relaxation since my feet are getting fat and my back is hurting. I barely got a massage on my legs no stones or anything. I could not really enjoy either of my services because they were so focused on getting me in and out that they decided to do both services at the same time. If I could give this place a zero I would. 1 star is being generous. I gave this place a second chance and the 2nd time was worst than the first! I asked for a gel manicure and 2 nails because I broke 2 nails and I wanted them all to look tje same length. The female nail tech was rude and she was rough with my hands. I left with the worst looking nails I've ever seen!! She acted as if she was angry about doing my nails. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Horrible service!!!!
Worst management and male workers. Talked bad about me the whole time tugging at my toe and being rough. He literally was pulling at my nail and toe in frustration. Like that is assault and I couldn’t believe he did that to me including the manager. They were so nasty I would never go here again. They didn’t understand what I wanted except for a nice lady and chose to lash out and take it out of me. Never experienced that in my life and it was given a 3.6 rating for a reason.
