This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a salon. The younger guy who did my friend’s nails was shockingly rude and completely lacking basic decency. He talked down to her, snapped at her over tiny things, and even smacked her hand to signal for her to put it into the UV light — totally unnecessary and disrespectful. We made appointments at 2 and 330 for a wedding party and because the second group, scheduled at 330, weren't there at 310 she canceled all the appointments in front of the bride and sent me this massage. My message to her was not rude - it was confirming the cancelation and this was her response. The bride was very rudely spoken to by the husband during her appointment - she said she was very uncomfortable.
