I called this place and left a message to get a call back about my 98 Honda CBR600 F3. Bud called me back the next day. Rather than just give me his next available appointment and hang up he asked me to explain the symptoms to him. We were on the phone for almost 30 min and he even went as far as looking up the coolant I had purchased to ensure that it wouldn’t cause damage to my motor.
