We absolutely love this place. We vacation in Wells at least 4 times a year and visit Nail Creations each time. My husband and I have never had a bad experience.
My friend was getting married in Maine, about an hour from where we live. She made an appointment for 3 PM (for the day before the wedding) for 3 of us to get manicures and one mani/pedi. We arrived promptly at 3 and they were definitely busy, but we assumed that because we had an appointment - and because they knew this was for the bridal party - they would take care of us.
