This place has declined over the past year since the last time I posted. I called as I was leaving work this past Friday & asked to have a certain person do my nails. That call was at 3pm. They told me to come at 5pm. I got there @ 4:36pm. The person who was supposed to do my full set continued to do everyone else’s nails but mine. I didn’t get to leave there until almost 7:30pm. Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. The care and attention to detail is something I have not seen in a long time. The entire staff is so sweet and friendly. I found Nail Concepts on a recommendation and I am SO glad I did. If you are on the fence about finding a great nail salon anymore, just go here.

The ladies are incredibly kind and attentive. Initially, they performed exceptionally well, but with each subsequent visit, the quality of my sets has declined. The shaping is uneven, and while I appreciate the speed, I prefer an even set that requires a bit more time over a rushed one. Unfortunately, rushed sets tend to look less aesthetically pleasing.
