I had recently went to a couple of other places & wasn't satisfied. But the lady did an excellent job. The cost for a gel manicure was only $35. I will be back
Nail tech was great. Chairs for pedi had no cushion. Need new ones.
This place has declined over the past year since the last time I posted. I called as I was leaving work this past Friday & asked to have a certain person do my nails. That call was at 3pm. They told me to come at 5pm. I got there @ 4:36pm. The person who was supposed to do my full set continued to do everyone else’s nails but mine. I didn’t get to leave there until almost 7:30pm. Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. The care and attention to detail is something I have not seen in a long time. The entire staff is so sweet and friendly. I found Nail Concepts on a recommendation and I am SO glad I did. If you are on the fence about finding a great nail salon anymore, just go here.
I was very satisfied with my pedicure. The lady was thorough and did a good job which is why I am a regular customer.
