My Le is the best! She always does a great job, the salon is clean and everyone is very nice!
Left sitting in between services, while mgr gave someone else wax services while waiting on me. Manicure quality poor; looks childish. Pedicure was ok. Called to discuss, manager...not willing to issue any credit for poor manicure, only to comeback for her to redo which wasn't possible since I am from out of town. She also refused to give the owners name or number. Overall bad experience.
I'm always impressed with this place!! This guy knows my toes and always makes me feel an inch shorter!! LOL
The service was exceptional and techs very friendly.
Every nail tech has similar techniques that are clearly phenomenal! My nails last forever as I am a hairstylist and my hands are in everything and they hold up til I can get back! I get gel or shellac and there's no chips or Lifts at all!
My Le is the best at pink and white in all of Wilmington!
