Worst nails ever. While I was there some lady was arguing with them about how messed up her nails were and then they do mine and the same thing happens. Worst experience ever. Rude and disrespectful, no customer service at all. If I grow fungus trust me I will be suing.
Ok for the price. $50 for a full set isn’t bad honestly but the place is really outdated and dirty honestly. My nails look ok but it was definitely a rush job. But as a college student looking for a bargain this is an ok option.
Very disappointing experience. I asked for ombré almond-shaped acrylic nails and showed a reference picture. The first technician skipped cuticle removal, which affected the overall finish. Midway through the service, another technician took over and was rude and unprofessional. The final result did not match the reference photo. I clearly requested thin, natural-looking nails, but the nails turned out thick and heavy.
