Disgusting not clean at all very unsterile and they charge extra for nothing made nails was all different sizes and they used a used puma stone on me and towels had holes in there and was yellow they had no polish colors you can catch something cost me 100 for nails and toes and it’s horrible

I visited this establishment on June 11 and was the first customer there. Jimmy instructed me to sit at the first booth, which I did. After that, the technician removed the polish from four of my fingers, but then Jimmy claimed that cleaning lady would finish my nails. This is unacceptable! I've just lost my time and the prices are increasing. Their organization is appalling; they have no idea who made appointments. This experience has been terrible.

spent $100 on my nails and four nails broke off by day 7 Mind you I don’t do anything strenuous and I don’t have my hands in water a lot or anything like that. These were a brand new set of nails not only that but they pressure you to tip. I definitely will not be returning.

Went for a pedicure today, asked for gel, I opt out for their pedicure specials because I didn’t have time and I don’t like the massages/hot stones for health reasons. I don’t know if that was why, but my pedicure was crappy!!! Like in under 10 mins I’m done. And then I was telling her to do scrub under my feet hard cause it’s like she was just gliding it and not doing it properly! So I said I don’t want gel and did regular polish but even that was done poorly! I’m never ever going back. I’m good!
