Went today for a pedicure a blonde Hispanic with fake lashes started the pedicure. She was being aggressive removing the gel. I mentioned the file was too aggressive it was burning and cutting through my sidewall. She went on to “clean” my toe sidewalls with a basic cuticle cutter from the little cheap kits you can buy at Burlington. I mentioned to her that I wanted for cleaning on the sidewalls that her little plastic tool didn’t remove anything. used to be the spot for nails I don't know what happened. Just had my nails done with Cindy. She rushed through my nails. They were all different sizes. She left the gunk all inside my nails. I've been doing my nails for years and what she did today was horrible Work brought it to her attention and it bothered them so much if you're gonna charge 65 for them do them right. Never again. As far as my pedicure it was OK.

I had such a great service my nails were done some where else and they were awful came to Nail Club and they fixed them and added a beautiful color love my nails thank u do much 😊
